2010 EMS Customer Care Award Winners

A focus on Customer Care is vital for all EMS operators as it is one of the core service features demanded by the express market. The best call centres of 2010 as voted by Cooperative members are:

  • Japan - large group award
  • Ukraine - medium group award
  • Hungary (Rep.) - small group award

Edouard Dayan, UPU International Bureau Director General and Wendy Eitan, EMS Cooperative Board Chair, presented the awards at the 2011 EMS General Assembly.
